Welcome to the Green Belt Curriculum!

The JK Lee Green Belt Curriculum consists of 7 distinct elements, each represented by one unit in the online course below.

These elements are:

  • Form: Won Hyo – During your training, you will practice the Won Hyo form. Before qualifying for testing, you must submit a video of yourself performing this form for review by an instructor.
  • Kicking Combinations – Like the form, you will practice the green belt kicking combinations and submit a video performance for review by an instructor before you qualify for testing.
  • Self Defense Moves – Practice and submit a video performing the self-defense moves that must be reviewed by an instructor before testing.
  • Physical Discipline – Log your commitment to the physical discipline standards before testing.
  • Personal Discipline – Log your commitment to the physical discipline standards before testing.
  • Weekly Habits – Log your commitment to the weekly habits before testing.
  • Personal Enlightenment – Log your comittment to the personal enlightenment curriculum aspects.
